Meet Jimmy

My Story

I've always believed that strength is about more than the amount of weight you can lift. It's about building the confidence to take on life's challenges, the ability to move without limitations, and creating habits that improve your quality of life for years to come.

Throughout my coaching journey, I've had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life beginners taking their first steps into the gym, busy professionals balancing careers and family, older adults looking to stay independent, and individuals rebuilding their strength after injuries. No matter where someone starts, my goal has always been the same: help them become stronger, healthier, and more confident than they were yesterday.

Those experiences inspired me to create Next Level Strength a coaching business built around personalized guidance, accountability, and long-term results rather than quick fixes or temporary motivation.

Why I Coach

Coaching is meaningful to me because I've seen firsthand how strength training can transform far more than someone's appearance.

I've watched clients regain confidence after years of avoiding the gym. I've seen older adults move with greater independence, beginners discover they're capable of more than they ever imagined, and busy professionals finally build habits that fit their lives instead of working against them.

Those moments are why I coach.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs or chasing quick results. I believe in building real relationships, earning trust, and helping people create sustainable progress through education, accountability, and personalized coaching.
